The Legacy Center for Community Success is a private 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to serving clients of various ages. We are committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of all individuals we serve. No Sale or Redistribution of PII

Access to PII is strictly limited to authorized employees, volunteers, or contracted service providers who require the information to perform essential organizational functions and who are bound by confidentiality obligations. PII may be disclosed only:

Protection of Children’s PII

PII is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill programmatic, legal, or reporting requirements and is securely disposed of when no longer required.
Individual Rights Regarding PII
Learners, parents or legal guardians, and other individuals may submit written requests to:
- Access or review their PII as defined in this policy
- Request corrections or updates to inaccurate information
- Request deletion of PII, subject to legal, regulatory, or funding-related retention requirements
