September 6, 2012 – The Legacy Center for Community Success, Literacy Services, is recruiting volunteers to tutor adults in reading, math, and English as a Second Language. TLC is also seeking tutors for the Barton Reading and Spelling Program, which helps adults and children with dyslexia, as well as struggling readers, overcome their language-decoding and processing difficulties. The four-night training will be held on September 18, 20, 25 and 27 from 6 to 9 p.m. at The Legacy Center for Community Success, 3200 James Savage Road.
